Our team comprises of 2 qualified, dedicated professional riders with competition experience:
Lena Bollmann (above right, 1st photo) comes from Affringhausen, Lower Saxony and has been riding since she was a child. She completed her training at the stable of Ulrich Kasselmann/Hagen. Lena has already notched up a remarkable number of victories and high placings in classes for young riding horses and young dressage horses and has qualified yet 3 horses for the Bundeschampionships of Warendorf.

Matthias Schneider (top right photo) competed successfully up to Intermediaire I level and was honoured with the "Golden Reitabzeichen" for 10 wins at S-level. Matthias has a big number of successes with young horses and and S-level horses and has trained himself some horses up to Inter I level. He has also qualified young horses for the Bundeschampionat. He has worked with Christoph von Daehne and Siegfried Peilicke ("Bimbo") who as 20 years German Head Trainer for Juniors and Young Riders.

Our riders are trained by Grand Prix rider Markus Gribbe who is based on our barn since 2014. Also the young horse expert and many times Bundeschampionat-Winner Andrea Mueller Kersten is based on our barn and assists our riders.

Pferdewirtschaftsmeisterin Wiebke Hubbermann (2nd pic right) is responsible for the training of our youngsters and trainees. Our Grooms Michaela Rehburg (1st pic right), former employee of international show jumper Rene Tebbel, and Sara Heckmann (3rd pic right), take good care of our horses. 

Our master of horse breeding Wiebke Hubbermann (centre right, 2nd photo), who actually completed her training here in Holtrup, spent several years at the former Schlossäcker Stud and has herself competed very successfully with many riding and jumping horses, is responsible for training our apprentices and the young horses.

The senior boss, Ludwig Kathmann (bottomright photo with his wife Hildegard Kathmann) takes care of the organisational matters and has received many distinctions for his services in training countless apprentices and for his services to the Oldenburg horse breedingend of 2011 to his long-term employee Martin Determann.

The junior boss Lutz Kathmann (bottom left photo) is responsible for all financial matters and the accounting, his wife Julia Kathmann, who comes from Heidelberg and is a former journalist and photographer for horse sport, is responsible for the marketing, customer relations and the establishment’s website.
